"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Great Windows 7 themes. I especially love Atlantis. I also liked Delicate, but it looked a little off on Windows 7. The "Glow" effect in the start menu by the user account picture doesn't line up correctly. Any chance for an update? Keep up the good work. Can't wait for some more.
